16 New Cafes and Kiosks will Appear in Sokolniki Park

The winners of city auctions will open 16 catering establishments on the territory of the Sokolniki Park of Culture and Leisure, the press service of the Moscow department for competition policy announces.

The department noted that new street food points would be located mainly in the central part of the park with the most passable pedestrian zone. Winners of electronic auctions will be eligible to trade in the park for five years in a year-round format. The area for street food cafes and kiosks in the category of "catering" and "ice cream" varies from 9 to 380 square meters.  The average starting price for one square m is 1.7 thousand rubles. Bidding is conducted for the size of the monthly payment. Trading sessions will be held on February 27.
