The Russian Sistema_VC Fund has invested in the DataSine project that is engaged in personalizing content for customers by creating their psychological portraits, according to TechCrunch. Within the frame of the A-round, the company raised $ 5.2 million: Pentech Ventures and Propel Venture Partners were the main investors. In addition to the Russian fund, C.Entrepreneurs/Cathay Innovation and Twin Ventures also invested in the round.
The company is developing the Pomegranate platform that personalizes digital content - emails, SMS, phone scripts and even landing pages for customers. The content is personalized to suit the psychological type of the user: psychological portraits are created with the use of psychological methods and machine learning applied to the information about customer behavior. It is reported that Pomegranate can be integrated into CRM-systems and e-mail platforms.
The representatives of DataSine say that their method makes it possible to increase customer involvement by 80%, and sales - by 71%. The public launch of the platform is to take place in March.
