The first specimen of an advanced detector for explosive and narcotic substances “Ionscan” has been put into operation in the international airport Domodedovo.
       The device is set in the special control zone for domestic airlines.
      “Ionscan 400B” is designed for express-detection and identification of drugs and explosives. The device enables to identify 40 types of explosives and narcotics within 10 seconds. The results of the analyses are displayed on the operator’s monitor.
