The mud baths on the unique lake near Irkutsk will be reconstructed.
The Governor of the Irkutsk Region, Sergei Levchenko, commissioned to reconstruct the “Nagalyk” health resort in the Ust-Orda Buryat District of the region where unique silt mud from the local lake Nuhu-Nur is used for healing people. The health resort is a highlight of Irkutsk Oblast. People come here for rehabilitation from all over Russia: from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka. The institution must be renovated and expanded. The building has not undergone major repairs for many years.
The “Nagalyk” health resort has been operating since 1985; in 2018 it became a part of the Bayandaevsky district hospital. It engages in healing diseases of the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, skin.
