Khabarovsk has begun to prepare for the regular exhibition “Our Choice 27” to be held on June 8 and 9, as the press service of the Khabarovsk Territory government reports. “The main event will be the cooking of the Amur fish broth. The organizers intend to break the record of 2017 and prepare more than 20 thousand servings.       Food manufacturers and restaurateurs from Khabarovsk Territory and other regions of the country take part in the exhibition each year. The event is attended by about 200 thousand guests. The first exhibition-fair “Our choice 27” was held on June 24, 2017. Then Khabarovsk set a Russiarecord in the category: “The most massive food soup treat”.
