Shrovetide Festivities will be Held in 57 Parks near Moscow

Guests of the Moscow region parks will be able to take part in the Shrovetide festivities from March 4 to 10. Shrovetide festivities will be organized in 57  parks of culture and recreation in the Moscow region from 4 to 10 March. More than 140 thousand people are expected to attend the events. Guests and residents of the Moscow region will have holidays with games, quests, competitions, and performances of creative teams.

Concerts and playgrounds will be organized on the territory of many parks. Traditional Shrovetide competitions, entertainment programs, round dances, contests are ready for guests.

      Fairs will be organized in  fifteen parks near Moscow. Throughout the holiday in all the parks of the Moscow region visitors can enjoy pancakes, donuts, jam and warm up with hot tea.

      Earlier it was reported that about 400 sites for Shrovetide festivities will be prepared in the Moscow region.
