Spring Festival of Luminous Air Balloons

A fabulous fairy festival will celebrate the International Women's Day in the central square of Izmailovo Park, Moscow. 

      Here you will see thousands of luminous LED balloons with someone's cherished desire inside each of them.

      “The Dream is Close” is a bright and romantic festival for all those who appreciate the beauty, soulful communication and fresh emotions. Visitors will not only enjoy the beauty of thousands of glowing air balloons, but also win prizes, savour delicacies in the food court area and stroll through the fair of holiday gifts and handy gizmos. 

      Some pleasant surprises are prepared by the festival organizers for all the ladies at the event.

      The Festival Schedule: 

       March 8, from 12 am – the festival’s opening, children's animation program, and the sale of balloons;

      March 8, from 4 pm – a concert program;

      March 9, from 1 pm - an entertaining program and the sale of balloons;

      March 9, from 4 pm – a concert program.


      Where: Izmaylovo Park at the address 7, the Big Circle Alley, next to metro stations Partizanskaya, Semenovskaya, and Shosse Enthusiastov, Moscow.
