The “Federation” Tower in Moscow-City has been recognized as the largest office centre in Europe. The experts studied the largest office centres in Europe and came to the conclusion that the largest of them was the complex of the “Federation” Tower.
The total area of leased office premises in the two towers built on a single stylobate exceeds 200 thousand square meters. The volume of offer of the offices in the complex accounts for about 1% of the total offer of Class A and B office centres in Moscow, and is comparable to the offer of quality offices in such cities as Voronezh and Rostov-on-Don.
The second line is taken by the “Coeur Defense” business centre located in the La Defense business district of Paris. The leased office space of this business centre makes up 177.7 thousand square meters. “Austria Campus” office centre in Vienna ranked third: it offers 160 thousand square meters of office space. The recently built “Lakhta Centrer” in St. Petersburg ranked fifth. Total leased office space of the tallest building in Europe makes up 130 thousand sq. m.
