A commercial apartment building of the 19th century on Trubnaya Street in Moscow has been recognized an architectural monument.
The apartment building of the early 19th century on Trubnaya Street in the centre of Moscow has been included into the register of cultural heritage sites of regional significance. They noted that the layout and decoration of the facades characteristic of the XIX century have been well preserved in this two-storey house. Its facades are made in the style of late classicism with eclectic elements.
The ministry reminded that after the house was given the status of an object of cultural heritage, it was taken under state protection. It is prohibited to change its historical appearance, and any restoration works can be carried out only under the control of the Moscow Department of Cultural Heritage.
