The first Russian female sculptor, Anna Golubkina was one of the leading masters of the Silver Age

      An adherer of impressionism, she paid special attention to the texture of selected materials and created very lively, dynamic figures. It did not matter for the master what to work with - be it stone or wood, the quality of her sculptures did not depend on it.

      The Tretyakov Gallery is going to display the masterpieces of Anna Golubkina again. The event recalls the exhibition of her works back in the winter of 1914-1915. That time, the event revenue was donated for the treatment of and assistance to the wounded.

      Book tickets to the Tretyakov Gallery

      Where: the Tretyakov Gallery at address 10, Lavrushinsky Lane, next to metro station

      Tretyakovskaya, Moscow.

      When: from April 2, 2019, to September 29, 2019.

      Open hours: from 10 am to 6 pm on Tue, Wed, and Sun; from 10 am to 9 pm on Thu, Fri, and Sat; Mon is a day off.
