The “Skolkovo” Foundation plans to launch a program for supporting investors investing in resident start-ups, as Inc.Russia reports.

Business angels will be compensated for half of their investment in the startups at “Skolkovo”. The federal budget provides for subsidies for the foundation in the amount of 500 million roubles. “Skolkovo” plans to launch the program in June. The support will be applied to the startups that became residents of the foundation not earlier than 5 years ago, no one should have a share exceeding 50% in the company’s authorized capital; and the revenues should not exceed 200 million roubles.

Investors will be able to get back half of their investments in such startups, however, the amount of return will not exceed 20 million roubles for investment in one startup.
