Event tourism will become a new brand of the Stavropol Territory.

      The calendar of events for the year has been developed for the presentation of the tourist and recreational potential of the Stavropol Territory in all its diversity and for increasing the tourist flow to the region.

      The events of 2019 include traditional events for the resort cities of the Caucasian Mineral Waters and new events that are promising for the region.

      So, the traditional “Resort Seasons” festival will be held from May 31 to June 2 of this year. Its key events will include the launch of a retro train, the “Iron People” historical reconstruction and a gala concert. Apyrotechnic art festival - the largest international firework championship – will be held in Yessentuki, for the first time in the region. The International Ballooning Festival “Caucasian Mineral Waters – the Gem of Russia” and the gastronomic festival “Oh, Yes! Food!” are scheduled in the resort city for autumn.
