More than a hundred recreation areas near water will open in Moscow. The swimming season traditionally opens in Moscow on June 1.
Currently, the city has 126 places of mass recreation near the water. Of these, 108 recreation areas near the water will work this summer, including eight recreation areas with bathing. The remaining recreation areas are under reconstruction.
The press service of the mayor and the government of Moscow clarified that in the list of permitted recreation areas with bathing are the beach "Levoberezhny" (Pribrezhniy passage, 5-7), "Troparevo" (Akademika Vinogradova st., 12), "Mescherskoye" (Voskresenskaya St., 5-31), "Serebryany Bor-2" (st. Tamanskaya, 44), "Serebryany Bor-3" (4th line of Khoroshevsky Silver Bor), Stroginskaya floodplain (Tallinskaya street ); Lake Chyornoye (Zelenograd, 6 microns) and Lake Shkolnoye (Zelenograd, 10 microns).
In addition, in the parks "Sokolniki", "Fili", "Izmailovsky", at the Exhibition of Economic Achievements and in the Luzhniki open summer pools will work. The safety of the recreation areas will be provided by 113 public rescue posts equipped with 144 watercrafts, 310 employees of the EMERCOM of Russia in Moscow, over 1,100 public rescuers.
