The Peterhof State Museum Reserve won the Grand Prix of the Intermuseum Contest among Russian museums.
It was awarded the main prize for its projects Peterhof Universities, the museum performance Playing Cards House, and Peterhof in the Regions. The monetary prize made 700 thousand rubles.
In total, 213 Russian museums took part in the competition, with 336 museum projects presented.
The presentation of 27 new museums took place during the festival as well. Among them are the museum complexes in Sevastopol, Kaliningrad, Vladivostok, and Kemerovo, as well as the Rzhev Memorial to the Soviet Soldier in the Tver Region, the Vladivostok Fortress Museum-Reserve, the Military Uniform Museum of the Russian Military Historical Society, the Museum Quarters in Feodosia, and others.
