Exhibition "Soviet Cuisine: the Phenomenon of Soviet Cooking"
21.06.2019 09:41

The theme of life in the USSR is often discussed in Russia nowadays. Opinions diverge: some people think it was the happy time for all and others claim that today there are more opportunities for personal fulfillment. Be that as it may, stories about the life of people in the USSR arouse genuine interest.

A new exhibition tells about the Soviet cuisine. It explains how family dinners and holidays took place, how the tables were served, what was served for lunch or dinner, etc. Soviet cooking books and magazines with recipes make up a significant part of the exhibition.

      When: from May 30, 2019, to July 12, 2019.

Open hours: from 10 am to 6 pm every day except Saturday and Sunday.

Admission is free.
