The authorities of Kaliningrad Oblast, “Rauschen Hotel Resort” JSC and VTB Bank have signed an agreement on the construction of a hotel-medical complex in the city of Svetlogorsk of Kaliningrad Oblast. The area of the complex will amount to 46.5 thousand square meters.

      The construction project of a complex near the new promenade will continue the commitment of regional authorities to the integrated development of the coastline from Svetlogorsk to Pionersky, including the construction of a port for cruise liners. As previously reported, within the frame of the project, it is planned to build a hotel complex with 120 rooms.

      Nearby they will build a complex, including 235 service apartments, as well as a large medical centre with balneological, surgical and rehabilitation, and spa departments.
