For the first time, the State Museum of Oriental Art in Moscow presents a solo exhibition of the Georgian avant-garde artist Kirill Zdanevich.

      The exposition Kirill Zdanevich. Tiflis - Moscow includes photographs, paintings, archival documents, and rare graphic artworks of the beginning of the 20^th century.

      In addition to painting, he was into stage design and illustrated the books of his friends, futurist poets. Kirill Zdanevich is also known as the discoverer of Niko Pirosmani, a biographer and collector of paintings by this famous Georgian artist.

      Zdanevich paintings are sunny and bright. They depict events and human characters, colorful gardens and street neighborhoods.

      Where: the State Museum of Oriental Arts at the address 12A, Nikitsky Boulevard, next to metro stations Arbatskaya and Alexander Garden, Moscow.
