The Fifth City Festival "Day of France" will be held on July 14 in the Moscow Park Museon, the main theme of the event is the theater.
It is organized by the French Embassy in Russia, the French-Russian Chamber of Commerce and the French Institute in Russia with the support of the Moscow Department of Culture. The event will be held for the first time in "Museon". This year, the theme will be the mime and puppet theater. The festival will be held from 12:00 to 23:00. Entry is free.
As noted in the press service, an interactive program will be held at the festival with lectures, master classes, watching the family movie "Remy's Adventures" at the Pioneer summer cinema and other cultural events. A mobile library, French bookcrossing and literary quizzes will be organized.
In addition, the French Institute will conduct free language lessons. Besides, a tasting of farm cheeses, pies, biscuits, waffles, pasta, etc. will be organised. The French market will be located nearby, where visitors can buy the goods they like.
