The decisions of foreign courts on business cases will begin to be executed in Russia. Russia, alongside with other countries of the Hague Conference on Private International Law, adopted the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters.

      The participating countries of the convention will create a single legal space, removing the barriers when resolving commercial disputes.

      After the ratification of the convention, the decisions of foreign courts will be recognized in Russia, just like the decisions of national courts. This convention applies to civil and commercial matters of contracting states.
