600 liters of fish soup will be cooked at the fish festival in the Tyumen region. 

      The Golden Karas  gastronomic festival will be held on August 17 near the city of Ishim, Tyumen Region.

      The festival, which will be held on the territory of the sports and tourist complex "Krasnaya Gorka", will be attended by more than 3 thousand people from the Tyumen region, as well as other Russian regions.

      All guests will taste  Ishim specialties - crucians baked in sour cream. The fish will be cooked in a giant pan. In addition, 600 liters of fish soup will be cooked in large boilers.

      Everyone will be able to go fishing, take part in a  quest, and  sing songs   around the fire. Crucian carp is considered to be a symbol of Ishim, this fish is depicted on the city coat of arms.
