Walking Tours on the Territory of the Cotton-spinning Mill in Balashikha

They will start holding walking tours and various workshops on the territory of the cotton-spinning mill in Balashikha near Moscow. The tours will be held on weekends until September 28, from noon to 1:30 p.m. The guests will be told about the famous people who worked at the mill, their impact on the industry of the XIX century. In addition, they will hold a quiz with prizes and workshops for visitors.

      It is planned to complete the first stage of the development of the territory of the mill in the summer of 2019. The territory along the Pekhorka River will be landscaped; cycling and walking routes will be created, cafes and shops will be opened. The Balashikha cotton-spinning mill was founded in 1830 by Prince Ivan Trubetskoy.
