The second “Depo” food mall may be opened in Moscow near the Paveletsky railway station, as “Kommersant” reports. The owners of “Depo” are looking for a space to implement a new similar project, according to the representative of the real estate market.
The second “Depo” food mall may presumably be located in the building on Shluzovaya Embankment near the “Paulaner” Restaurant; the area of the new food mall may reach 10-12 thousand square meters. The founder of the “StrEat” food hall, Maksim Popov, also told that he knew about the search for the premises for opening the new “Depo” food mall.
According to Viktoria Kamlyuk, the Director of street retail at KnightFrank, this concept is currently rapidly growing: more than 30 spaces of this kind are already operating in the capital; three more of them will open in dormitory areas by the end of the year.
