Startups from Europe, the Middle East and Africa will be able to take part in the Facebook accelerator for the first time, Rubase reports. The company is accepting applications for the third wave of the accelerator till October 18.
The company emphasizes that the sooner the application is submitted, the better. Facebook is especially interested in companies engaged in global digitalization - projects aimed at spreading the Internet to remote regions, increase digital literacy, etc.
Startups working with blockchain, artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, etc. can also qualify for participation. Facebook is looking for companies with a competent team that are already demonstrating progress in product development and revenue and are interested in scaling up their business through Facebook.
The acceleration program, which will be held in London, will start on November 18 and will last three months. Remote participation is possible, but personal presence at bootcamps, which will be held in November, January and February, is required.
