Lianozovo Park and the State History Museum, Moscow, present a unique photo exhibition, “The World of the Ancient Interior”.
The open-air project running in the Lianozovo Park was prepared jointly with the State History Museum. The exhibition presents a collection of watercolors, pastels and drawings of the interior of grand-ducal residences, noble estates and city mansions of the 19th - early 20th century Russia.
These are not just works of art, but also the witnesses of the life of people of that epoch. Come and see the types of living rooms, study rooms, libraries, salons, artists' studios, and children's rooms that trace the changes in the fashion for interior ensembles in the 19th - 20th centuries!
