HSE business incubator is the first in the ranking of the best university accelerators in the world.
The business incubator of the Higher School of Economics (HSE) was recognized as the best university accelerator in the world according to UBI Global, Rubase reports. Over the year, the HSE business incubator rose from seventh to first place.
In the ranking, acceleration programs are evaluated by 40 indicators divided into three groups - program attractiveness, impact on the ecosystem and value for client startups. In the nomination for university accelerators, the HSE incubator received higher than average ratings for all indicators; it showed the best results in retention of talents, graduates' results and impact on the economy.
In total this year, 364 programs from 78 countries of the world were included in the rating. The GenerationS accelerator of the Russian Venture Company (RVC) entered the top 5 in the “State Business Accelerators” nomination, and the Russian Global Venture Alliance is the first in the “Private Business Accelerators” nomination.
