Eticket4, a Russian service for reselling tickets to events, has attracted a million dollars in investment from a group of private investors, Rubase reports. One of the investors in the round was business angel David Izrailov, the names of the others were not disclosed.
The funds received are planned to be spent on platform development, marketing, team strengthening and the introduction of new technologies. Investments will be divided into several tranches, and the timing of receipt of funds will depend on the achievement of various KPIs. In particular, they will relate to traffic conversion and lead reduction.
According to Eticket4, the company's founder Daniil Kruchinin, following the results of the transaction, retained "a large, but not controlling stake in the company." In total, the service was estimated at $ 2.8 million; since the previous fundraising, Eticket4's valuation has grown by $ 300,000.
