About fifty celebrations on the eve of the New Year will be held in the historical and architectural museum-reserve of Tobolsk (Tyumen Region).

      On December 15, the residence of Moroz-Voevoda will open in the Gostiny Dvor. Everyone will be able to visit his  Miracles School, learn how to create "ice" paintings and craft Christmas balls and Christmas wreaths from nettles. Visitors will be taught how to paint Siberian gingerbread cookies, craft Varangian mittens and sculpt clay souvenirs.

      In addition, the Tobolans and guests of the city will be able to visit New Year's interactive tours, creative meetings with poets, artists, musicians, as well as participate in quests and listen to Siberian legends.
