The Peterhof State Museum-Reserve was visited by 6.2 million people in 2019.

It remains the most visited museum in Russia. Peterhof is a palace and park ensemble. 60 percent of visitors are Russians. This year they extended the reserve’s hours of operation until 9 pm during the whole season.

The museum does not plan to sell tickets via the Internet.

It is planned to create a museum in the Katalnaya Gorka pavilion in Oranienbaum dedicated to imperial amusements - hunting and balls. Works on the “Tsar and the Doctor” project in Slovenian Ljubljana has been completed. In addition, Peterhof will open the exhibition "Royal Collections. Peterhof Rare Books" in German Augsburg. German visitors will see the best rarities of Peterhof and Oranienbaum: 176 objects, mainly Romanov memorial items.
