Microsoft, together with EY, Startupbootcamp and investment holding Altergate, are launching a program to support Russian startups when entering the international market, Inc.Russia reports. As part of the Global Pilots program, companies will be supported on technology, legal, and business issues.
The first stream of the program starts in Moscow in March; 15 startups will take part in it. Microsoft is interested in B2B startups in innovative areas, such as the Internet of things, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, etc.
The training, which will last three months, includes group and individual sessions on a number of topics: registration of intellectual property rights, international sales, etc.
According to the results of the program, the most promising startups will be able to apply for direct investments and mentoring from Altergate, as well as gain access to large international clients through the ecosystem of Microsoft, EY and Startupbootcamp.
