Skiing Trainings for Children with Special Needs Started in Sochi

Skiing trainings for children with special needs have began within the frame of the Dream Skis sports rehabilitation program at the Rosa Khutor resort in Sochi, the trainings are free of charge.

      More than 2.3 million roubles will be spent on teaching the children with disabilities under the Dream Skis program of sports rehabilitation. The training has already begun.

      During the season, it is planned to teach about 100 children from different regions of Russia to ski. The classes will be conducted by ten instructors who have undergone special training in a therapeutic sports program. The Dream Skis program is being held at the Rosa Khutor resort for the third time. In previous years, more than 4 million roubles have been collected for its implementation; more than 160 people have already been trained.
