The first gastronomic festival "Tastes of the Golden Ring" will be held in eight cities of the route.

      A special menu was developed by the restaurants of the Golden Ring cities for the gastronomic festival, which opened on February 26 in eight cities.

      The "Tastes of the Golden Ring" festival will be held from February 26 to March 11. First, it brought together seven cities - Yaroslavl, Kostroma, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Suzdal, Vologda, Uglich and Ivanovo, but yesterday a restaurant from Rostov the Great joined the participants.

      As part of the first festival, chefs will present original recipes, the food will be cooked of local products. Guests will be offered a three-course tasting menu at special prices: dumplings - 250 rubles, Volga pike perch - 350 rubles, a drink with honey - 200 rubles.  The main goal is to increase interest in new Russian cuisine.
