Theatrical Jazz Festival “Leap Jazz” in Moscow

Jazz played like dramatics is an exceptional phenomenon. Enjoy jazz songs performed by actors in Novy Arbat on February 29, 2020.

      In Leap Jazz project, singers improvise and joke, diluting the grotesque and buffoonery with lyricisms. Visitors to the festival will hear the jazz cabaret Khoronko-Orchestra - a project that combines grotesque, mystery and subtle lyrics. Ekaterina Volkova and Agafonnikov Band”will perform funny and touching songs authored by Denis Naan. The band of actor Alexander Smirnov will sing about the vicissitudes of being. Saxophonist Olga Zakharova, actors Alyona Zakharova and Konstantin Uzhva will present the musical performance “Jamevu or Dear, where is your tie?” that engages musical instruments into the dialogs.
