A water park with an area of ​​about 6 thousand square meters will be built in the centre of the capital. The three-storey building of the water park will have a panoramic view glazing and a covered arcade decorated with thin columns around the perimeter.

      There will be a lot of sunlightthere, besides, the visual structure itself is very “lightweight” and elegant. In addition, the architects plan to plant trees and shrubs and even make a small swimming pool and a walking area on the roof. The water park will be built within the frame of the Lucky + cultural and leisure centre located at the address: landplot No. 122, Zvenigorodskaya Street.

      The underground part will include technical rooms, changing rooms and showers, rooms for employees, as well as a gym with an access from the street. It was decided to combine lower and upper levels, using the front staircase. The first floor will have one more another universal gym, a doctor’s office, as well as a swimming pool divided into adult and children's zones. A spa zone will be situated on the second floor.
