"Tonandi" Audiovisual Augmented Reality Art Project
18.03.2020 11:51

Tonandi is a fantastic other world that has come to life in reality. Amazing and gentle life forms soar in the air, move and respond to touch, once you put on those unique Magic Leap glasses.

The Tonandi art project by the studio ArtDynamics will surprise with its unearthly beauty. Delicate jellyfish creatures and plants come to life, and to interact with them you need only your hands and body as well as the augmented reality glasses. Visitors can touch these cosmic creatures, and they will react. The project is complemented with an interactive soundtrack from the Icelandic post-rock band Sigur Rós.

It should be noted that this is not virtual reality, as here you will experience completely different sensations. The session lasts for 30 minutes. The Magic Leap glasses were developed secretly until 2018. When wearing those glasses they see a kind of three-dimensional mirage unfolding within reality.
