Russian President Vladimir Putin   addressed the population again and announced the extension of measures to prevent the spread of a new type of coronavirus. Non-working days in Russia will last until the end of April.

The salary measure remains. As Putin noted, depending on how the situation develops, the non-working period may be shortened. Heads of regions are allowed to make decisions on restrictive measures
independently.
