The Ministry of Communications approved a list of sites with free access.
The Ministry of Communications of Russia has approved a list of Internet resources, access to which will not be charged as part of the experiment, which will last until July 1. It included 391 socially significant resources. The corresponding order is published on the website of the ministry.
The list is divided into 19 categories:
Online media and news aggregators (websites of MIA Rossiya Segodnya, Rossiyskaya Gazeta, Publishing House Kommersant, as well as sites of other major television companies, news agencies, newspapers, news aggregators Yandex.News, Mail.ru News, Rambler / News and others).
Social networks and communities (VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Moi Mir@Mail.ru, LiveJournal, the educational social network Nsportal.ru, and another 21 social networks and communities).
E-mail, instant messengers and cloud-based file storage (Mail.ru, Yandex.Mail, Rambler / Mail, Cloud Mail.Ru, Yandex.Disk, ICQ, TamTam and Webinar service .ru).
Search services (Yandex, Mail.ru, Rambler).
Maps, transport (Yandex Maps, 2GIS, Russian Railways website).
State bodies and services (websites of the president and government of Russia, the State Duma and the Federation Council, the Ministry of Emergencies, the Federal Tax Service, the portal of public services and others).
Delivery (“Utkonos”, “Delivery-club”, “Sbermarket”, “Eda.yandex”, website of “Russian Post”).
Aggregators and marketplaces (“Wildberries”, “Ozon”, “Aliexpress.ru”, “CIAN”, “Yula”, etc.).
The list also includes resources from the categories: weather, auto, culture, education and training, health and a healthy lifestyle, science, sports, help systems, work and career, finance, social and volunteer services.
