The fourteenth annual military-historical festival "Battle of the Ice", which was scheduled for April 25 on the shores of Lake Peipsi in the Pskov Region, is postponed, the organizers said.

      "We believe that everything will work out, and the festival will certainly take place!" - the message says. In the Pskov Region, restrictive measures related to the distribution of COVID-19 have been extended. According to the decree of the governor, until April 30, any sports, physical education, entertainment, leisure, entertainment, educational and other public events with the presence of citizens, including in parks, squares, shopping centers and other crowded places, are banned.

      Every year on the shores of Lake Peipsi, reconstruction of the Battle of Ice is carried out, which happened on April 5, 1242. Reconstructors from different regions of Russia and abroad gather in the Gdovsky district.
