"From April 6, 2020, the Russian Federation resumed flights on the return of its citizens from foreign countries. Today the first two flights will be completed: Bishkek - Yekaterinburg and Dhaka - Nizhny Novgorod," the coordinating council under the government of the Russian Federation on combating coronavirus told Interfax.
Information on subsequent flights, the council noted, will be posted on the Stopkoronavirus.ru website and the public services portal gosuslugi.ru.
On Friday, the Coronavirus Operational Headquarters announced that flights organized for returning Russians who were stuck abroad due to the termination of flights will be temporarily suspended from April 4. On the morning of April 6, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced that a schedule for new export flights would be formed on Monday, and the first aircraft would fly on the same day.
