The owners of the farm for breeding sika deer on the "Far Eastern hectare" in the Primorsky Territory are planning to create a special base for tourists.
It is planned to build a recreation center on the Far Eastern Hectare, where anyone can come to get acquainted with sika deer.
“We have a dream to create a place where people can connect with nature, look at these beauties, take a break from the city,” the farm's owner says.
As reported, the Far Eastern Hectare program is part of a package of measures for the development of the Far East, initiated by Russian President. It is designed not only to solve the problems of improving housing conditions in the region, but also to create prerequisites for consolidating the population in the Far Eastern Federal District. The federal law on the "Far Eastern hectare" entered into force on June 1, 2016. From this date, residents of the Far East could choose a plot of land in the "pilot" municipality of their subject. Starting February 1, 2017, a hectare is granted to all citizens of the Russian Federation, regardless of their place of residence. According to the law, a land plot is granted for 5 years on the basis of a gratuitous use agreement. After this period, the site can be rented or obtained in the property.
