The exposition is focused on the objects from the collection of the Astronautics Museum, Moscow, which elude the attention of visitors for various reasons.
The Astronautics Museum collection contains thousands of exhibits, and it is no wonder that some of them are not noticed by visitors. Meanwhile, even a tiny little thing here has a story to tell. It was these “monologues” that gave the basis for the online exhibition “Astronautics Museum in Details. Storytelling on Behalf of the Exhibits”.
Visitors will see a letter written by Sergei Korolev from the Kapustin Yar training ground to his wife Nina Ivanovna, as well as his note with suggestions for the name of the spacecraft prepared for the first manned space flight, Yuri Gagarin’s electrocardiogram dated April 11, 1961, postcards that Vladimir Komarov signed for Ufa students, Alexander Laveikin’s guitar, which has been at the Mir orbital station for about 10 years, and much more.
