62% of Russians working from home because of the isolation regime want to return to the office, Inc.Russia reports citing Oprosso data. The company conducted a survey among ordinary employees and managers of large Russian companies, including Sberbank, Megafon, Alfa Insurance, and others.
47% of respondents believe that in the future they will avoid remote work. Survey participants complain of lack of time, growing workload and problems with concentration. In particular, 65% of respondents are distracted by news about the coronavirus, and many employees are distracted by helping children with homework.
23% said that due to quarantine, communication with colleagues became more complicated, 22% had difficulty in switching between work and leisure. But there are pluses: for example, 23% said that they like not to waste time on the road, 16% enjoy a flexible schedule, and 14% indicated that they are comfortable working at a home environment.
