The Governor of Primorsky Territory Oleg Kozhemyako instructed the heads of municipalities to ensure that with the onset of heat and the beginning of the season, all beaches, coastal hotels and cafes are closed due to the current self-isolation regime.

Since the beginning of the self-isolation regime, March 28, 3.7 thousand citizens and organizations have been brought to administrative responsibility for violation of sanitary and epidemiological measures.

As reported, there is a regime of complete self-isolation in Primorye. Residents of the region can leave home only in case of emergency.   In Vladivostok, entry to Russky Island is prohibited for everyone, concrete blocks are placed at the entrance to popular beaches. Compliance is monitored using quadrocopters and video surveillance cameras.
