Finnish-Russian border will remain closed at least until mid-June.
The Finnish authorities extended the ban on crossing the border with Russia until June 14, the Finnish Consulate General in St. Petersburg said.
“The State Council of Finland, by its decision of May 7, decided to extend the temporary restrictions on the Finnish border until June 14, 2020. The restrictions on external borders, namely the restrictions on the Finnish-Russian border, remain in force at least until June 14." the statement says.
