The Moscow Planetarium welcomes virtual guests to meet the muse of astronomy from the comforts of their homes.
The users will take a virtual walk through the two levels of the Museum of Urania, named after the muse of astronomy, and get acquainted with the most striking exhibits of the collection:
1. The first level of the museum is dedicated to the history of the Planetarium, as well as the history of the development of instruments and methods of exploring the Universe. Here you can get acquainted with the models of old instruments: the Galileo’s pipe and Newton's telescope, as well as the globe of Jan Hevelius.
2. On the second level, the audience will be drawn into the world of heavenly bodies.
The online tour is conducted by Elena Ilushchenko, the senior methodologist of the Moscow Planetarium.
