The Mendelikha Waterfalls Park opened for visitors on Monday  at the Rosa Khutor resort in Sochi.

Now guests of the resort can walk along the Small, Middle and Big Ring of waterfalls and see all seven waterfalls: Mendel, Chara, Chervonny, Mishkin Grotto, Ayia, Snow Channel and Golden. The height of the largest, "Golden" waterfall, is 77 meters.

The park is located on the southern slope of the Aibga ridge. It starts from the lower station of the Edelweiss cableway (1470 meters above sea level). Special paths are laid to the waterfalls, observation platforms with railings and photo areas are equipped. The length of the route for exploring all the waterfalls is 4 km and takes about 4.5 hours.

Last week, thanks to the softening of the quarantine regime in Sochi,   walks in the mountains became available. Since June 8, hotel reservation has opened on the resort's website. In early July, if the epidemiological situation permits, the resort plans to open nine hotels for guests: Radisson, Park Inn, Golden Tulip, Mercure and Valset in Rosa Valley, as well as Roza Springs Medical Spa Hotel, Green Flow, Ski Inn SPA Hotel and Riders Lodge in the Mountain Olympic Village.
