Russian Museum Invites to Travel in Time

The time travel with the Russian Museum will be available through the Artifact app.

The Russian Museum in St. Petersburg has presented a new virtual exhibition in the augmented reality application Artifact. Now everyone can go on a virtual journey through time to compare the current look of palaces, halls and exhibits with what they looked like a hundred or more years ago.

Most of the archived images published in the application will be shown to the public for the first time. Basically, these are pre-revolutionary photographs, which will give you a picture of the palace interiors and their owners.

Visit the virtual exhibition "History of the Russian Museum" in the free mobile application "Artifact". It is a continuation of the anniversary program of the Russian Museum, dedicated to the 125th anniversary since its foundation.
