Online exhibition Winterreise. Sentimental Suite. Photos by Dmitry Sirotkin

Photos of winter Petersburg taken by Dmitry Sirotkin are displayed to the accompaniment of Franz Schubert music.

The online exhibition presents pictures by St. Petersburg photographer Dmitry Sirotkin, who captured winter Petersburg. The black and white photos create an image of a bewitching city, saturated with timeless romance.

The photo artist’s works are thoughtful and melancholy: buildings, bridges, monuments and trees drown in a thick haze, all trapped in a mysterious phantasmagoria.

Dmitry Sirotkin artworks are exhibited online to the music accompaniment of Franz Schubert “Winter Way”, the composer's second song cycle, captivating with emotional nuances.

When: all year round, any time of the day.

Price: for free.
