Since July 15, the Skolkovo Foundation has been suspending the acceptance and consideration of grant applications, Rusbase reports. The reason for this decision was the reduction of the Ministry of Finance subsidy for 2020.

      The restrictions apply only to grant programs funded by the finance ministry. It will last until December 31, 2020.

      The Fund will stop the consideration of applications, which as of July 15 are at the stage of formal and initial examination. Those applications that are at the stage of internal verification will be considered.
