Medical Insurance Startup BestDoctor Raised $ 4.5 Million from International Funds

Russian startup BestDoctor has raised $ 4.5 million  from a group of investors, Inc.Russia reports. The international funds Target Global and AddVenture were the leaders of the round, and Lev Leviev, the co-founder of VKontakte, who had previously invested in the company, the LVL1 fund, joined them.

      BestDoctor develops an online health insurance platform. Among the company's products are VHI for companies and a mobile health management service with round-the-clock support. With the funds received, the company plans to develop technologies and implement a strategy for a platform for health management, as well as expand the product line, etc.
