A street of cafes and restaurants has opened in the Rassvet business district in the center of Moscow despite the epidemiological situation caused by COVID-19, the press service of KR Properties (the developer of the quarter) told Interfax.
"This year, despite the pandemic, six original culinary concepts have opened in the Rassvet business district. Five more food retailers are expected to open in September," the press service said.
Rassvet is the third flagship project of KR Properties for the large-scale development of industrial territories. The quarter is located on Krasnaya Presnya, on the territory of the former Myur and Meriliz factory. The territory of the former plant is gradually being restored, the workshops are becoming offices, residential lofts, show rooms and restaurants.
